Secure Valuables and Fragile Items
While our team is fully bonded and insured, it gives everyone peace of mind to put away jewelry, cash, and irreplaceable heirlooms. Also move delicate items that could be bumped during thorough cleaning.
Handle the Dishes
Unless you have specifically requested dish washing as part of your service, clear the sink and run the dishwasher beforehand. This lets the team focus on sanitizing and deep cleaning the kitchen surfaces rather than washing dishes.
Communicate Priorities
If there are specific areas you want extra attention on -- maybe the master bathroom, the kitchen behind the stove, or the playroom -- let us know when booking or leave a note. Our teams always check for special instructions before starting.
